This is a beautiful antique sterling silver knife blade with garnet gemstone, complemented with a paperclip style chain and large hand crafted hook clasp.
The length of the whole necklace is 18".
The knife blade is fully hallmarked makers Alfred Taylor, Birmingham 1861 & now also has my hallmark AWTS, Sheffield Assay mark, & Z (2024.)
There are some light surface scratches, to be expected on antique silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for.
Supplied in a fabric drawstring bag.
