Returns
If you have changed your mind about your online purchase, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure original labels are attached and you have a suitable proof of purchase. The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
(If a "Change of Use Certificate" came with an item of jewellery, please also return this Certificate, as we are not able to resale the item without this.)
You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs.
Original and return postage costs are non-refundable.
It would be helpful if you could contact us before returning an item, just to make us aware. Thank you.
