Herculaneum

This is a sterling silver, one of a kind, handcrafted chunky, heavy statement ring featuring a beautiful antique buckle from 1921 and 9K gold little nugget.

Created from 100% recycled and up-cycled silver and gold, (equal in quality to un-recycled silver and gold.)

The ring has been given a rugged texture by reticulating (melting) the silver and is oxidised to give the texture depth. Expect inconsistencies, the ring is purposefully not as perfectly symmetrical as a machine made, mass produced ring might be... it is lovingly crafted by hand to be beautifully rustic, organic and raw. The height of the ring at it's longest point on the front is 69mm. The ring is a size N.5.

The ring has it's original hallmark & is now also re-assayed and fully hallmarked AWTS (Away with the spoon,) 925, the lion passant, Sheffield Assay office and A for 2025; so that the piece complies with Section 4 of the Hallmarking Act 1973.

There may be some light surface scratches, to be expected on antique silver items. The ring is not made from a brand new piece of silver, any scratches and signs of wear add to it's character!
