Aegypti

This is a sterling silver, one of a kind, handcrafted chunky statement ring with 18K gold nugget + antique Victorian Egyptian Revival book corner with a winged Pharaoh & flowers. (The ancient Egyptians reserved the title of "Winged Pharaoh" for ruler-priests who possessed extra-sensory powers.)

Hand stamped plaque on reverse with the latin word "Aegypti," meaning "Egypt."

Created from 100% recycled silver & 100% recycled 18K gold, (equal in quality to un-recycled silver & gold.)

The ring has been given a rugged texture and is oxidised to give the texture depth. Expect inconsistencies, the ring is purposefully not as perfectly symmetrical as a machine made, mass produced ring might be... it is lovingly crafted by hand to be beautifully rustic, organic and raw. The height of the ring at it's longest point at the front is 38mm. The ring is a size R.

The ring is fully hallmarked AWTS (Away with the spoon,) 925, the lion passant, Sheffield Assay office and Z for 2024, together with 750 for 18K gold. The weight of the ring is 25g.
