SHIPPING
    
We are a small independent business and use our local Windermere Post Office to send out your orders. 
We post via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for Clothing orders and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for Jewellery orders up to £300 and Special Delivery for orders over £300. (Although you will still only pay our standard rate of £5.29 for these premium services.)
    
Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily pause shipping abroad due to complications with customs etc. If you are not in the UK and you'd like to purchase an item from our website, please drop us an email through our contact page, or at info@impressarum.co.uk, or Whatsapp us on 07968 804826 and we may be able to arrange special shipping, depending on which country you would like the item sent to.
(If you are not in the UK, you may be subject to local import duties & custom taxes. These vary from country to country and we cannot calculate this cost.  These are payable by you, to your government.)
   
    
RETURNS
       
If you have changed your mind about your online purchase, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure original labels are attached and you have a suitable proof of purchase. The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it, securely packed and shipped back using a trackable method.
  
(If a "Change of Use Certificate" came with an item of jewellery, please also return this Certificate, as we are not able to resell the item without this.)
   
You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs.
Original and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Faulty items:
