This is a solid sterling 925 silver hallmarked antique knife blade.

Sizes O - Q.

Hand-shaped into a beautiful ring by heating, hammering and bending the blade of the knife after the handle has been taken off.

Re-crafted from a solid silver knife blade. Hallmarked makers Martin Hall & Co., Sheffield 1854.

There are some surface scratches and slight patina, to be expected on antique silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The ring is not made from a brand new piece of silver, any scratches and signs of wear add to it's character.

Being hand-crafted, this ring may not be as perfectly round as a mass produced machine made ring might be, this does not affect the fit or loveliness of the ring at all!
