Figere 1887

This is a sterling silver, one of a kind, handcrafted chunky statement ring with part of a beautiful antique belt buckle hallmarked Chester 1887. Antique silver from another belt buckle on reverse.

Created from 100% recycled silver, (equal in quality to un-recycled silver.)

The ring has been given a rugged texture by fusing and reticulating (melting) the silver and is oxidised to give the texture depth. Expect inconsistencies, the ring is purposefully not as perfectly symmetrical as a machine made, mass produced ring might be... it is lovingly crafted by hand to be beautifully rustic, organic and raw. The height of the ring at it's longest point on the front is 49mm. The ring is a size M.5 & weighs a hefty 26g.

The ring is fully hallmarked AWTS (Away with the spoon,) 925, the lion passant, Sheffield Assay office and A for 2025, (the buckle's original hallmark is now hidden.)
