Chawner & Unite

This is a solid sterling silver handcrafted chunky bangle, re-crafted from 2 solid silver antique knife blades. Fully hallmarked makers Chawner & Co., London 1863 and makers George unite, Birmingham 1844. Together with an antique sterling silver shilling from 1917. There are some surface scratches (see photos,) and slight patina, to be expected on antique silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The bangle is not as perfectly round as a machine made, mass produced bangle might be... this does not affect the fit or loveliness of the piece at all! The bangle is a medium size (diameter approx 62mm.) Weight 43.3g. Supplied in a fabric drawstring bag.
