Sampson Mordan 1905

Solid sterling silver antique ornate chatelaine heart scent bottle. Hallmarked makers Sampson Mordan, Chester 1905. Good condition for it's age, (some small dents in the lid as seen in photos.) Together with an antique chunky Albert chain & other vintage chain. Plus an ornate skull & padlock style heart and large bolt clasp. The heart is hallmarked with my sponsors mark from the Sheffield Assay Office to guarantee the whole piece is sterling silver.  The length of the chain is 16" with another 3.75" drop of the chatelaine chain and scent bottle. 

There are some light surface scratches and slight patina, to be expected on antique and vintage silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The necklace is not made from a brand new pieces of silver, any scratches and signs of wear adds to it's character ;-)
