Away with the Spoon
Mild West Heroes
Designer: Away with the spoon
This is a solid sterling 925 silver hallmarked antique fork.
Hand-shaped into a ring by heating, hammering and bending the tines and handle.
Re-crafted from a solid silver beautiful Edwardian dessert fork with a cherub design on the end of the handle, plus an inscription in a gorgeous font that I think reads B.M.S.P. 9th Oct. 1908. Hallmarked makers Joseph Rogers, Sheffield 1908.
There are some surface scratches and slight patina, to be expected on antique silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The ring is not made from a brand new piece of silver, any scratches and signs of wear add to it's character.
Being hand-crafted, this ring may not be as perfectly round as a mass produced machine made ring might be, this does not affect the fit or loveliness of the ring at all!
Supplied in a fabric drawstring bag.
